Who can apply for a SurroundShop trade account?
Trade accounts are for businesses buying SurroundShop products for resale, including electrical retailers, hardware shops and interiors retailers. We review each application before enabling trade access.
Which products are available to retailers?
The retailer range includes individual socket and light switch surrounds and sets of 5. Sign in after approval to see the products and colours available in your retailer catalogue.
What are the minimum order quantities?
For individual surrounds, the minimum is 10 of the same product and colour, ordered in multiples of 10. For sets of 5, the minimum is 5 sets of the same product and colour, ordered in multiples of 5 sets. Five sets contain 25 individual surrounds.
Can I mix colours to reach the minimum?
You can order several products and colours, but each product and colour must meet its own minimum quantity. Quantities from different colours or products cannot be combined to reach that minimum.
When can I see my trade prices?
Trade prices become available after your application has been approved and trade access has been enabled. Sign in using the email address associated with your approved business account.
Are the sockets and light switches included?
No. We supply acrylic surrounds. Sockets and switches shown in photographs are for illustration and are not included. Check the dimensions and fitting information on the relevant product page before ordering.
